Gaz de Schistes by Domaine Durrman is an aromatic pet nat with citrus scents and a vibrant acidity. The name derives from the schist slopes from which the grapes come. Riesling Maceration is a white wine that is part of the Origin line, five varieties of white grapes (Sylvaner, Auxerrois, Riesling, Muscat and Gewürztraminer) that undergo maceration in contact with the skins for a period ranging from 10 to 20 days to depending on the grape variety. Riesling Maceration has a yellow color tending to golden. On the nose the aromas are those typical of riesling with fresh notes and exotic fruit. On the palate it is warm, with good structure, soft, with an interesting acid note with a lively finish.
