WHITE WINES

The Pouilly Fumé Saint-Andelain by Domaine de Berthiers is a white wine that expresses the typical traits of sauvignon and above all the complexity and finesse typical of those who know how to make wine really well. Of great freshness with pleasant hints of exotic fruit and a subtle mineral puff, almost smoky with flint, it is vinified in steel and aged on the lees for eight months.

Vin de Frantz is a light and fruity white wine that comes from Chenin blanc grapes. Ideal as an aperitif or with white meats on the nose, it gives fruity and floral aromas. The sip is dry, round, with good acidity. Gogo emotions.

Alcohol content: 13%.

Aging: Half in used wood e the other half in stainless steel and glass ceramic.

Domaine de Majas Côtes Catalanes PGI Majas Blanc is a white wine obtained from a blend of Rolle, Macabeu, and Carignan Blanc. Refine for 8 months in steel. The nose has floral and fruity aromas, with notes of white peach and citrus. On the palate, the sip is fresh, mineral, tense. Long and rich finish.

Region: France, Languedoc-Roussillon

Grapes:  45% Rolle, 45% Macabeu, 10% Carignan Blanc.

Alcohol content: 11.5%.

Aging: 8 months in steel.
