On the palate, it surprises with its freshness and tension, underpinned by crisp, citrusy acidity—reminiscent of lime—that is well-balanced by a pleasant tannic structure. A fresh, aromatic, and dynamic skin-contact white wine that successfully marries the vibrancy of Assyrtiko with the complexity derived from skin contact.
