Sollùchero by Nevio Scala is the most fragrant wine of the company, the result of the dry expression of white and yellow Moscato grapes that come from the vineyard overlooking the old courtyard of the cellar. The wine expresses itself with aromatic hints that mainly recall yellow-fleshed fruit, citrus fruits and white flowers, while the sip shows a sweet, soft and persistent nature on the palate.

Malvasia "Mala Via" by Santa Colomba is a white wine of pleasant finesse and rich on the nose, obtained from Istrian Malvasia grapes. Grapes that come from a small 40-year-old vineyard located on calcareous-clayey soils. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging for 10 months in steel.

Nevio Scala's Malvasia "Monemvasìa" is a white wine macerated on the skins which ages for about 8 months in cement tanks. The nose has aromas of lemon zest, peaches, butter and fresh flowers, while the sip is vibrant, with excellent freshness and enveloping softness.
