Fritz Salomon's Gruner Veltliner Wachrein is a fine and fragrant white wine made from the grapes of the same name. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks, without any contact with the skins. After racking, the wine rests for six months in steel tanks before bottling.

Malvasia "Mala Via" by Santa Colomba is a white wine of pleasant finesse and rich on the nose, obtained from Istrian Malvasia grapes. Jakot is a white wine macerated briefly on Friulano-based skins. The grapes come from vineyards located among the beautiful hills of the Slovenian Brda and bred by Janko Stekar in a biodynamic regime. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel tanks with a very short maceration on the skins in order not to make the sip too heavy. Refine in acacia wood barrels.
