Carat by Bressan is a rich and full-bodied white wine that comes from a blend of typical Friulian grapes such as Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia and Friulano. Aromatic scents are perceived on the nose, reminiscent of apricot, nectarine and melon, and with a vague reference to the aroma of almond. The Not di Paraschos is a macerated white wine made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes from the Slatnik vineyard located on marly-clayey soil. On the nose sensations of candied and dried fruit with honeyed notes. In the mouth it is structured, dry, warm with a pleasant freshness and light tannins. Good persistence with a return of the candied fruit.

Aging: 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
Villa Job's "Guastafeste" is a wine macerated for 2 months on the skins in wooden barrels, made from Pinot Grigio grapes. Aging in mulberry barrels and one year in the bottle. The nose recognizes aromas of ripe yellow fruit, citrus notes, aromatic herbs and honey. The sip is medium-bodied, fresh, with good minerality and a light tannin.

Ronco Severo's Pinot Grigio is an intense and full-bodied wine obtained from the homonymous grapes, produced according to the ancient traditions of Friuli. It presents a typical coppery color to the eye. On the nose the olfactory profile is composed of acacia flowers, white fruits, dry hay, walnut husk and toasted almonds. In the mouth it is fleshy, full-bodied, fresh, characterized by a long and persistent finish, with intriguing spicy sensations.

The Slatnik is an intense golden yellow color. The nose is complex, persistent, with hints of fruit, in particular peach and apricot, with notes of chocolate and floral scents. On the palate it is ample, opulent, greedy, slightly tannic, elegant and mineral. It closes long on notes of fruit.

Ronco Severo Friulano is a macerated white wine of remarkable structure obtained from Friulano grapes in purity. It is presented with a golden yellow color. The nose has notes of exotic fruit, citrus, dried flowers, and hints of white pepper and menthol. In the mouth it reveals a body, good freshness, with an excellent balance between alcohol and savory notes. Long and elegant closure. A great wine.

The Kai by Paraschos is a macerated white wine of great structure and personality obtained from grapes of Friulano in purity. It refines for 24 months in oak barrels and has an intense golden yellow color. On the nose sensations of yellow fruit like peach and pineapple, balsamic and iodine notes. In the mouth it is of great structure, warm with a pleasant freshness. A great wine.
