The grapes ferments in used barriques, where they are subsequently aged for 18 months. As soon as uncorked, the nose is shy with light notes of green apple. A little bit of oxygen is enough and it explodes with notes of brown sugar, cinnamon, celery, cucumber and a hint of nutmeg.
