WHITE WINES

Fillet is a kaleidoscopic and wonderful wine that refines in old wooden barrels with the development of flor which makes it unique. With an intense and bright yellow color, in which the first honeyed scents mix with harsh, smoky and deeper balsamic notes, leaving a hint of the aftermath: a complex sip, slightly marsala, warm on the palate, with vibrant acidity.

Aging: Oxidative refinement in old oak barrels with the development of flor.

Verduzzo di Bressan is a white wine with great personality and expressive power that ages on the fine lees in barrique for about 8 months. It is a rare interpretation of dry Verduzzo. The nose reveals a large and fresh bouquet with aromas reminiscent of apple, pear, nectarine, apricot, acacia. The taste is dry, full-bodied, enveloping, slightly tannic, balanced, and with a pleasant almond aftertaste. Native Friulian wine for great connoisseurs.

Giallo di Costa is an orange wine full of character and structure. Spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 3 months in steel tanks. Refine in large acacia barrels. Unfiltered and unclarified before being bottled. It has an intense golden yellow color. The nose releases ripe fruity notes that recall peach and apricot, scents of candied citrus fruits and honey.
