"Rebula by Fedora is a balanced white wine, with an elegant acidity that ensures freshness, and a fruity and floral bouquet. The grapes come from vineyards that are approximately 20 years old, located at 200-300m on soils composed of marl and sandstone. Refines for 18 months with the lees in cement. Fulfilling.

Jakot is a white wine macerated briefly on Friulano-based skins. The grapes come from vineyards located among the beautiful hills of the Slovenian Brda and bred by Janko Stekar in a biodynamic regime. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel tanks with a very short maceration on the skins in order not to make the sip too heavy. Refine in acacia wood barrels.
