Another small masterpiece by Giovanni this Modestu, dry white wine made from white grapes. Maceartion of 5 days and aging of 7 months in exhausted wooden barrels. The nose is intense, with strong aromas of white-fleshed fruit, notes of aromatic herbs and fresh flowers. On the palate it is warm, with beautiful freshness and flavor. Harmonious and pleasant wine.

"Madrighe" by Ilaria Addis is a white wine of great charm, captivating and saline. The grapes come from vines about 30 years old, which are found on granite soils.
