Couer De Raisin by Domaine La Sénéchalière is a rich and complex wine, with notes of crunchy green apple, white flowers, and honey. Subtly creamy on the palate on the palate, it goes great with oysters but generally perfect as an aperitif.

Le Rayon by Thomas Puéchavy is a Chenin Blanc based white wine produced in the Loire Valley. Aging for about 9 months in old oak tonneaux. No filtration or addition of sulfites. The result is a wine with aromas of white flowers and aromatic herbs, very mineral and iodized notes. The mouth follows in the footsteps of the nose, revealing itself as refined, fresh and elegant.
