Briords Muscadet de Sèvre et Maine by Domaine de la Pepiere is a complex and balanced white wine, mineral and with a beautiful freshness. Obtained from Muscadet grapes, fermentation takes place in an underground tank, naturally for about 1 month. It refines on its own yeasts for eight months, without racking, in compliance with the aging times of the denomination.

Les Saulaies by Damien Bureau is a wine with a smooth and fruity character, fresh and extremely pleasant. Its elegant aromatic complexity and good acidity will captivate any good drinker. Obtained from 100% chenin blanc grapes, which are left to ferment spontaneously and then matured on the fine lees in steel for approximately two months.
