WHITE WINES

The Sancerre Blanc Auksinis from Domaine Etienne et Sebastien Riffault is a white wine of great maturity and Mediterranean. Despite its opulence, it remains a tense wine, amidst minerality, matter and typical traits of botrytis.

Alcohol content: 13%.

Aging: 36 months in barrel.

Nicolas Joly's "Clos de la Coulée De Serrant" is a great dry white wine with a straw yellow color tending to golden. The nose is very mineral with complex fruity aromas, spicy, mentholated and honeyed notes that change constantly. On the palate it is powerful, tense and very deep, with a very long finish.

Aging: 6-8 months on the fine lees in the fermentation tanks.

Les Vieux Clos is an opulent and elegant white wine. A great expression of chenin blanc that smells of flowers, fruit and vanilla. Full-bodied, with a mineral tip and unprecedented power. The finish remains long and persistent.
