Tropicale is a compulsive drinking wine made from white grapes. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in fiberglass tanks for 8 months on the fine lees. Tropical gives the nose aromas of fresh fruit, in particular the passion fruit and pineapple. In the mouth it is sapid, with beautiful freshness and fruity hints of pear and lychee return. A wine with great drinking, with a single shrewdness: it ends immediately. Rare wine only 1800 bottles produced.
Grapes: Local white grapes.
Alcohol content: 11%.
Aging.8 months in fiberglass tanks on the lees.

The Bianco Castagno di Gazzetta is a wine macerated on the skins for about 8 days which is complex and elegant. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in chestnut barrels.
Grapes: Blend of local white grapes.
Alcohol content: 12%.
Aging: 8 months in chestnut barrels.

The Bianco Trilli Special by Gazzetta is a lighthearted and light wine made from a blend of local white grapes. Pressed the bunches with the feet and maceration for 5 days. Refinement in steel and bottling in spring.

Aging: 8 months in steel.

The Mannaro di Sassopra is an impetuous and overwhelming wine obtained from a blend of white grapes that lasts 136 days in contact with the skins. Refine in steel. The nouvelle vague of macerated yet highly drinkable whites is here to stay. Very few bottles available.
