The Piana dei Castelli Bianco is a wine made from local white grapes that come from vineyards that grow on volcanic soils rich in tuff and iron. It is a straw yellow color. On the nose the olfactory picture is harmonious, with floral aromas, and aromas of ripe fruit. The taste is soft, full bodied, ample, fleshy, with a beautiful structure, dense and fragrant, and a typical nutty flavor in the finish.

The Bianco Vignarola di Gazzetta is a blend of white grapes from old vines. It takes its name from the spring dish from Lazio. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins for three weeks and aging in steel for nine months.

Aging: 8 months in steel.
