Sottobanco is the new white wine by Andrea Occhpinti. A wine that strikes for its rich and sharp taste with an evident minerality. Vinification with whole cluster pressing and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in small concrete barrels, without the use of chemical additives and oenological adjuvants, with the exception of a modest quantity of sulphites in the bottling phase. Refine 6 months in steel / cement barrels and at least 2 months in the bottle.

The "Bianco" by Le Coste is a dry and structured wine, of an intense yellow color that turns into amber. Intense nose with macerated flowers, citrus fruits and apricot. On the palate a nice acidity, flavor and a certain tannic structure. The finish is simply long and exciting. This wine can be shaken before serving and spread the segments and flavors evenly.

Formica Pazza Gialla by Colle Formica is a macerated wine that comes from a blend of white grapes. Spontaneous fermentation with 7 days of contact with the skins. Aging in fiberglass until bottling. No addition of sulfur dioxide, no filtering or clarification. Easy to drink, fresh, light and flowing, it offers a clean sip and a radiant finish.

Emotiq Bianco is the company's first white wine, with Malvasia Puntinata and Rhenish Riesling, planted in red volcanic soils and white sandstone soils. Spontaneous fermentation, aging in tonneaux. A wine with a golden yellow color, with notes of fresh fruit such as pear and an aroma reminiscent of musk to close in a note reminiscent of bitter almond. It is a fine wine, but with a cheerful and tonic character with taste that ends with flavor, thanks to the crunchy Rhine Riesling.

Biancoperso is a fresh and mineral white wine obtained from a blend of local white grapes, which is aged in steel and cement. It is golden yellow in color. On the nose elegant aromas with hints of white pulp fruit. On the palate it is rich, of medium structure and dry, perfectly balanced and with an excellent aftertaste. A drinking wine, open a bottle and you want to drink it.
