Grigio by Piana dei Castelli is a fresh, pleasant and dynamic wine, obtained from white grapes from calcareous soils. The fermentation is spontaneous without the addition of yeasts with maceration on the skins for 2 days. Refines 3 years in cement on the fine lees. The wine does not undergo any stabilization or filtration.

The Bianchetto di Le Coste di Gradoli is a wine obtained from a blend of local white grapes that come from the youngest vineyards.Refine for a few months in the same vats on their fine lees. No clarification, stabilization or filtration and no use of chemicals in winemaking. A white wine rich in hints of white-fleshed fruit, juicy, which makes freshness and drinkability its main characteristics.
