The Don Chisciotte is a macerated white wine made from 100% Fiano grapes that come from a 20 year old vineyard located at 800 m.s.l.m. On the palate it is stimulating and unconventional, warm, enveloping and with a long finish

The Greco di Tufo Miniere is a white wine obtained from the grapes of the same name from a vineyard located on a clayey-calcareous soil close to the vent holes of the ancient sulfur mines.
