Naked White by Weingut Heinrich is a wine made up of almost 70% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Blanc and a few other white grape varieties from the eastern part of Lake Neusiedl. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration for one night, aging on its own fine lees for 14 months in large used oak barrels. The wine is finally bottled without filtration, clarification or addition of sulfur. Before tasting it, you need to shake the bottle a little and let the wine take a lot of air in the glass. A rather interesting Austrian rock wine.

Touch is an orangewine obtained from Welschriesling, Gemischter Satz Weiss grapes. Maceration on the skins for 2 weeks and barrel aging for a year, after which it is bottled unrefined and unfiltered
