Refine in barrique for 9 months before being bottled without filtration. A wine that gives the nose rich and complex aromas, with notes of ripe fruit, flowers and minerals, followed by a soft and slightly tannic sip, with good balance and gustatory persistence.

Fermentation occurs spontaneously, with the use of indigenous yeasts only and with maceration on the skins for 3 days in open barrels. Refines for 6 months in concrete and 3 months in used barriques. A wine that expresses itself on the nose with aromas of elderberry and nettle, fruity and slightly aromatic aromas. JNK's Rebula is a macerated white wine obtained from the homonymous grapes which grapes come from vineyards that grow on soils made up of alternating layers of marl and noble clays. Rigorously selected harvest and in the cellar the grapes are fermented spontaneously with a 12-day maceration on the skins. Aging for 15 months in old 500 liter barrels. Golden yellow color with intense and complex aromas of dried fruit, honeyed notes and bread crust. In the mouth it is full-bodied, enveloping, rich in minerality, with good freshness and the presence of a light tannin.

The Bianco by Testalonga is a wine that is produced with local grapes and which macerates on the skins for 5 days. The grapes come from old vines grown between the sea and the mountains. The bunches are harvested manually, and in the cellar they are pressed with the feet without destemming. Fermentation is spontaneous with the use of only indigenous yeasts, and maceration on the skins lasts 5 days. Refine in old barrels for several months. A wine that offers mineral and brackish notes, with hints of aromatic herbs, citrus fruits and hydrocarbons. On the palate it is juicy, fresh, and very savory.

Then a rest on the fine lees that goes from six to eight months, and lastly a bottling with light filtration and equally light sulphiting. An aromatically very fine and delicately floral wine that reminds the nose of lemon peel. On the palate it is characterized by a persistent acidity with a salty and savory finish.

Sottobanco is the new white wine by Andrea Occhpinti. A wine that strikes for its rich and sharp taste with an evident minerality. Vinification with whole cluster pressing and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in small concrete barrels, without the use of chemical additives and oenological adjuvants, with the exception of a modest quantity of sulphites in the bottling phase.
