Cave Monaja's white Prêt à boire is a wine that well represents the character of Aosta Valley wines. With its good body and the right alcohol content, it lends itself to being an ideal companion for various dishes. The floral and fruity notes on the nose make it particularly inviting, and its dryness makes it versatile for gastronomic pairings. Jakot is an intense orange wine with aromas of almond, tropical fruit, followed by spicy notes. In the mouth it is broad, of extraordinary complexity, balanced and fresh. Obtained from Friulano grapes, it ages in 25/35 hl oak barrels for approximately 40 months. A splendid portrait of the Collio of one of the fathers of Italian wine without artifice.
