Faia by Mai & Kenji is an expressive, complex white wine with excellent acidity. Obtained from pure chenin blanc grapes which come from small plots located on soil characterized by clayey sands, rich in quartz. Refines for 12 months in used wooden barrels. Given their goodness and very limited production volume, Mai & Kenji wines are almost impossible to find. If a bottle passes by, know that now is the perfect time to drink it.

Quartz Blanc is a wine that comes from sauvignon blanc grapes that come from a vineyard planted on soils rich in sand and quartz. The grapes ferments in used barriques, where they are subsequently aged for 18 months. As soon as uncorked, the nose is shy with light notes of green apple. A little bit of oxygen is enough and it explodes with notes of brown sugar, cinnamon, celery, cucumber and a hint of nutmeg. Vibrant mouth with acidity that guides the sip, accompanied by notes of white peach and sage. Long finish.
