"Malvasia "Vigna 80 anni" by I Clivi is a complex, elegant and delicate white wine, obtained from grapes that come from centenary vineyards. Rest in steel on the fine lees for at least one year. Excellent drunk with a few friends, as well as being a perfect companion to the table.

The Ribolla Gialla by I Clivi is a light and elegant Friulian white wine. Fermentation in steel tanks without the addition of selected yeasts. Then a rest on the fine lees that goes from six to eight months, and lastly a bottling with light filtration and equally light sulphiting. An aromatically very fine and delicately floral wine that reminds the nose of lemon peel. On the palate it is characterized by a persistent acidity with a salty and savory finish.

Terpin's Chardonnay is a white wine macerated on the skins produced with the grapes of the same name that come from the oldest vineyards located on land composed of ponka. Aging in wooden barrels. It is not filtered or stabilized before being put on the market. A nice golden yellow in the glass, with slightly amber reflections. The nose includes aromas of ripe fruit, honeyed notes, and dried flowers. On the palate it is warm, enveloping, round, savory, with good minerality and freshness. Closes long.

The "Morus Alba" by Vignai da Duline is a white wine of great personality obtained from a blend of Malvasia istriana from Duline and Sauvignon from Ronco Pitotti, spontaneous fermentation as in the style of the vintners and aging in barriques and used tonneaux. Ronco Severo's Ribolla is a full-bodied and sapid macerated white wine made from 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes, a native Friulian grape variety. In the show glass of golden yellow color. On the nose the scent of flowers, dried fruit and citrus fruits, with notes of flint. In the mouth it is enveloping, very fresh, slightly tannic due to maceration on the skins. O... is an orange wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon. Maceration in contact with the skins for 3/4 months. The aging continues in 25/35 hl oak barrels for about 40 months. No clarification or filtration or use of sulfur dioxide throughout the winemaking process. Oslavje is a wine with a slightly coppery golden color. The nose is complex, persistent, with hints of fruit, in particular apple and dried fruit. On the palate it has a broad, mineral taste and at the same time slightly tannic and elegant.

Nekaj is a rich and structured wine made from Friulano grapes from the vineyard on Monte Calvario, just outside Gorizia. After fermentation, it refines first for 23 months in large barrels and then in bottle for 6 months. It has a golden yellow color tending towards amber, with an intriguing nose of ripe fruit that ranges from apricot to tropical fruit. On the palate it is structured and elegant, with a subtle tannic texture with a very long finish.

The Vitoska of Skerlj is a white wine macerated on the skins, fine and mineral obtained from the homonymous grapes that come from vines lying on the karst rocks kissed by the sea breeze. The color is antique gold. The nose aromas are intense and complex, with a fragrant fruity aroma of ripe fruit, in which incenses of incense and minerals are mixed. Malvasia by Damija Podversic is an elegant and complex wine produced with Istrian Malvasia grapes from the Gradiscutta vineyard. Vitovska "Solo MM18" by Vodopivec comes from the selection of the indigenous grape variety that grows on rocky soil.
