Timorasso di Oltretorrente is a rich and full white wine obtained from the grapes of the same name. Oltretorrente's philosophy is to produce it with spontaneous fermentations, no maceration on the skins or manolactic fermentation in order to preserve the acidity and freshness of the wine. Giallo di Costa is an orange wine full of character and structure. Spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 3 months in steel tanks. Valli Unite's Derthona is a wine made from white grapes from the company's young vineyards. The harvest is manual with selection of the bunches. Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts.
