In appearance delicate and simple, in the mouth it releases all its power, flavor and expressiveness. Tense and sharp, it knows no compromises. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in contact with the skins in tinajas (amphorae) from 350 to 450 liters for 9 months. Assembly and decanting in concrete tanks from 15 to 40 hl until bottling. When the autumn rains give a few days of respite, it's time to wake up early for a picnic in the woods with your childhood friends. If you are lucky enough to find even a single porcini, breaded and fried with a glass of Fuoripista Pinot Grigio, it will be the opening of a memorable lunch

Cirelli's Trebbiano Anfora is a white wine vinified with short maceration in terracotta amphorae, where it remains in refinement for about 12 months. Fontanasanta by Elisabetta Foradori is a white wine obtained from Nosiola grapes, which come from a vineyard that grows on clayey-calcareous soils, Fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts in amphora, with a long maceration on the skins for 8 months. The aging continues in the same amphorae. Fontanasanta is golden yellow in color. On the nose, intense aromas of exotic fruit, citrus, flowers and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is full-bodied, balanced, savory, fresh, of great elegance with a very long finish.

"È Orange" by Poderi Cellario is a fruity and fresh wine, obtained with maceration, of about 5 days, and spontaneous fermentation. After racking, it is aged in amphora in the underground cellar. Maceration gives it a long and slightly tannic finish. Unfiltered wine. It retains a natural opalescence. Offered in a fun liter bottle.

Zagreo is a white wine obtained from Falanghina grapes that come from vineyards that grow on soils of volcanic origin. The vinification takes place in a natural way with only indigenous yeasts in terracotta amphora with maceration on the skins for a very long time. Not filtered before bottling. Zagreo has a beautiful golden yellow color. The nose is intriguing with white flowers and citrus. In the mouth it is full-bodied, complex, savory with a nice sour shoulder.
