"Fledermaus Weiss" by 2Naturkinder is a vibrant white wine with inviting acidity, based on a blend of Müller-thurgau and Sylvaner. The Silvaner ages in steel, while the Muller-Thurgau in old large wooden barrels. A historical wine of the company whose label is dedicated to the very rare gray bat with long ears that lives in the cottage used by the friends of 2Naturkinder in Battana. Incredibly easy to drink, after the first sip you will not be separated from it anymore.
