Hip Hip J ... S by Domaine L'Octavin is a white wine made from Savagnin grapes that come from the Domaine Villet in Arbois. Macerated in whole bunches for two months, followed by a year of aging in large oak barrels. Maceration allows Alice to play with the more aromatic side of Savagnin, giving exotic fruits and a touch of spice. A nice acidity adds further complexity to the wine. Naturè in the local dialect is the old name of Savignin. In this cuvée it comes from 50-55 year old vines. The grapes are harvested late by hand, in order to have a better expression of its character. Spontaneous fermentation, aging in steel and bottling without filtration. A wine that surprises for its aromatic palette, with a floral and fresh dominant.

The "Charmille" by Guillaume Overnoy is a Chardonnay in purity, from a selection of a historical parcel of the domaine. These vineyards have been active for about 4 generations and we can find vines in production from a minimum of 5 years of age up to a maximum of 80 years. After the manual harvest, the must remains for at least 11 months in large barrels, then producing an intense wine with a great personality and capable of expressing more expressive characteristics after a few years of aging.
