Martin Arndorfer's Riesling Handcraftede is obtained from the grapes of the same name and come from the Kemtal Valley, from the Gaisberg and Wechselberg vineyards, planted between '64 and '83 on soils rich in rocks that make the wines acquire minerality, finesse and elegance. It is vinified in steel and refines 20% in steel and 80% in large barrels. On the nose, hints of fruit and citrus, with a mineral appeal. Fritz Salomon's Gruner Veltliner Wachrein is a fine and fragrant white wine made from the grapes of the same name. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks, without any contact with the skins. After racking, the wine rests for six months in steel tanks before bottling.
