Valli Unite's Derthona is a wine made from white grapes from the company's young vineyards. The harvest is manual with selection of the bunches. Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts. Aging in steel tanks continues. Throughout the winemaking process no sulphose is used. Valli Unite Derthona is straw yellow in color. The nose recognizes the typical hints with a note of yellow pulp fruit. In the mouth it is ready, savory, well balanced by acidity, with a good finish.

Alcohol content: 14%.
Aging: Some months in steel.
