The Riesling by Domaine Durman is a counter wine obtained from the homonymous grapes that come from old vines located on soils rich in stoneware. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, and elevage in old barrels. The wine comes out in the spring / summer after the harvest to preserve the freshness and fruit. Not clarified, unfiltered and without added sulphites.

Domaine Durrman's Riesling Sur Schiste Rabban is a wine of great personality, with a mineral character and citrus aromas. The grapes come from a small plot located on schist soils. Domaine Durrman's Zegwur is a counter wine based on Gewurztraminer. Zegwur is an anagram of Gewurz. Yann called it so because it is vinified with an atypical style for this grape in Alsace. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, and elevage in stainless steel tanks for 4 months on its own yeasts. The wine is lightly racked once, the day before bottling.
