Savagnin by Domaine de la Renardiere is a wine pleasantly marked by intense and complex oxidative notes, powerful both on the nose and on the palate. Aged, as tradition, in barrique scolme, with voile presence, for 48 months. The nose is rich and complex, with hints reminiscent of dried fruit, spices and undergrowth. On the palate it is full-bodied, enveloping, of good freshness and excellent persistence

Savagnin "En Chalasse" by Labet is a white wine obtained from the indigenous Savagnin jaune and vert vines, which come from vines planted in 1989 and 2003 which are located on the blue marls of the Lias. Spontaneous fermentation of the grapes and maturation in used barriques and always filled for 18 months. Fleur de Savagnin has a deep straw yellow color. The nose is rich in ripe yellow fruit, buttery and toasted notes. On the palate it is warm, elegant with good freshness and a long persistence with notes of dried fruit and salty tones.
