Toc di Montone by Nikolas Juretic is a Collio wine with a strong character, which gives a long, vibrant and structured sip. Brief maceration on the skins, then aged for 12 months in wood. Let yourself be conquered, you will not regret it.

Valfaccenda's Roero Arneis is a fresh and vibrant wine that ages partly in steel and partly in barrique. It has a strong straw yellow color. The nose expresses aromas of ripe and exotic fruit with mineral hints. On the palate it is warm, tasty, characterized by a lively freshness and a long and savory finish.

Grapes: Arneis.

Alcohol content: 14%.

Aging: 6 months in steel tanks (70%) and 4 months in barrique (30%, then all in the bottle for a few months.

Savagnin by Domaine de la Renardiere is a wine pleasantly marked by intense and complex oxidative notes, powerful both on the nose and on the palate. Aged, as tradition, in barrique scolme, with voile presence, for 48 months. The nose is rich and complex, with hints reminiscent of dried fruit, spices and undergrowth. On the palate it is full-bodied, enveloping, of good freshness and excellent persistence

Aging: Up to 48 months in tonneau left unloaded.
