Opera Blanc by Jean Pierre Robinot is a 100% Chenin blanc white wine from twenty-five year old vines planted on clay and limestone in Anjou. Wine full of energy, it attracts you with delicate aromas of white berried fruit and mineral notes. A textbook wine.

Aging: A few months in exhausted oak barrels.

The Orthogneiss is a dry white wine with a golden yellow color. The nose is characterized by aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit, flint and mineral notes. In the mouth it is sapid, of great depth and freshness. It closes on a final played on citrus fruits.

The Anjou Blanc AOP from Domaine des Brumes is a white wine from the Loire Valley in France. Made from 100% Chenin Blanc, it reflects the typical characteristics of the area, offering a balance of freshness, acidity, and fruity aromas. This Chenin Blanc pairs wonderfully with fish and seafood. It can certainly age for a few years, which will make it even more interesting.

Vin de Frantz is a light and fruity white wine that comes from Chardonnay grapes. Ideal as an aperitif or with white meats on the nose, it gives fruity and floral aromas. The sip is dry, round, with good acidity. Gogo emotions.
