Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle by Ermes Pavese is a white wine made from Priè Blanc grapes grown in vineyards located at 1,200 meters above sea level on sandy soils. The nose reveals notes of aromatic herbs, flowers, white fruits such as Williams pear, and spicy hints of white pepper. On the palate, it is fresh, intense, and persistent, with evident mineral notes and an acidity that enhances its structure. An elegant wine with great character.
