Encore Ancora by Nerina Cardile is a white wine produced in a very limited edition, fully representing the unique character of Etna's white wines. It is made from a blend of grapes from approximately 100-year-old vines, grown at approximately 700 meters above sea level on volcanic soils rich in sand and ash from past eruptions. The varietals used include Grecanico, Granaccia Bianca, Carricante, Cataratto, Insolia, Minnella, and others, contributing to a complex and nuanced profile. After aging on the lees for eight months in stainless steel tanks, Encore Ancora is bottled without filtration or fining, thus preserving all its vivacity and authentic character. It is a wine distinguished by its freshness, minerality, and depth, ideal for those who wish to discover the soul of Etna's wines authentically and without compromise

Sketta by Cantina Marilina is a white wine obtained from grapes of Grecanico in purity with the ancestral method. The name means, in Sicilian dialect, young lady, single, today better known as single. The grapes come from vineyards located on the white calcareous soils of the Val di Noto, which give the wines beautiful structures and allow for longer refinements. Spontaneous vinification in concrete tanks and aging for 6 months in the same tanks and then in the bottle for 3 months.

Bianco 'Versante Nord' is an Etna white obtained from a blend of Minella, Catarratto, Carricante, Coda di Volpe, Grecanico and Inzolia. Refine for 8 months in large exhausted barrels. Interesting and multiple aromas on the nose ranging from fruity and citrus notes to hay and chamomile, followed by hints of flint. At the sip it stands out for its citrine freshness, its enveloping body and its long persistence.
