Molitor's Riesling Alte Reben Trocken is a white wine obtained from pure Riesling grapes. This is the oldest vintage available. The scent is buttery and tropical, leeches and passion fruit on chalk and burnt rubber. In the glass it evolves into a disarming complexity, surprising freshness on the palate. Peach and lemon on the nose, flint. Burnt rubber now looks like oil. Long and austere, fresh and drinkable. A great emotion.

Ripetente di Collecapretta is a white wine with excellent minerality and good body, obtained from Trebbiano Spoletino grapes. Due to a fermentation block in the 2021 vintage, it was produced with the ripasso technique, using the skins of the same type of grape as the 2022 vintage. It refines in steel for a few months.

Pierre Frick's "Voyages" is a macerated white wine that comes from a blend of Pinot Gris, Sylvaner and Riesling grapes from three different vintages. Bianco Pop is a mineral and mineral wine obtained from Durello e Manzoni Bianco grapes that come from vines with an average age of 40 years. Pierre Frick's Riesling is a wine made from grapes of the same name from the Krottenfues-Rouffach vineyard located on marly-sandstone soil. The harvest is manual, and after pressing the fermentation takes place spontaneously using indigenous yeasts. No addition of sulfur during winemaking. Aging in oak barrels on the fine lees for six months. No clarification before bottling. A wine that has intense and fine aromas of citrus, white flowers and white peach. In the mouth it is very mineral with subtle acidity and long persistence.

Zagreo is a white wine obtained from Falanghina grapes that come from vineyards that grow on soils of volcanic origin. The vinification takes place in a natural way with only indigenous yeasts in terracotta amphora with maceration on the skins for a very long time. Not filtered before bottling. Zagreo has a beautiful golden yellow color. The nose is intriguing with white flowers and citrus. In the mouth it is full-bodied, complex, savory with a nice sour shoulder.
