"Roditis" is a Greek white wine produced with the autochthonous Roditis grape, with a straw yellow color with golden nuances. On the nose the olfactory profile is reminiscent of ripe yellow pulp fruit, apricot and hazelnut. On the palate it is warm, with an almost oily texture, good freshness and minerality. Excellent when young but beautiful, aged a few years.s.

Alcohol content: 13,5%.
Aging: 12 months, half the mass in steel tanks and the other half in Selosse used barriques.

Pappou by Domaine de Kalathas is a rosé wine, obtained from a blend of Aspro Potamisi, Rozaki, Mavro Potamisi. Floral and spicy, a gastronomic wine that conquers the palate, leaving behind earthy and tamarind nuances.
