Richard Stávek's Ryzlinky Rynsky is a 100% Rhine Riesling wine from vines over 40 years old on clay and stoneware soils. Fermentation with the skins for 10 days, 10 months of aging in 600 liter acacia barrels. Without added sulphites.s.

A wine that comes from the heart of Hungary obtained from a blend of typical vines such as Furmint, Hárslevelű, Királyleányka, Rhine Riesling Biodynamically managed vineyards on wonderful volcanic soils capable of imparting minerality to wines. Spontaneous fermentation in cask and maceration on the skins for 5 days. Aging in steel for 10 months. It is not filtered and no addition of sulfur before being bottled.
