A wine that comes from the heart of Hungary obtained from a blend of typical vines such as Furmint, Hárslevelű, Királyleányka, Rhine Riesling Biodynamically managed vineyards on wonderful volcanic soils capable of imparting minerality to wines. Spontaneous fermentation in cask and maceration on the skins for 5 days. Aging in steel for 10 months. It is not filtered and no addition of sulfur before being bottled.
