The Vino Bianco G by Barraco is a white wine obtained from the homonymous grapes coming from a 2-hectare vineyard Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks with maceration on the skins varying from 36 to 72 hours depending on the year. From September to May it refines in the same tanks. Intense and intriguing aromas of spices, toasted almonds and hazelnuts, citrus fruits in jam and anchovy sauce on the nose. In the mouth acidity and flavor with incredible persistence. it has a deep straw yellow color.
