Etza is a complex and satisfying wine made from Muller Thurgau grapes which ages in steel. The nose offers hints of fruit, citrus and wild flowers and a lot of minerality. On the palate it is structured and complex with a long and clean finish.

Louis Gewurztraminer42 from Tenuta Ansitz-Dornach is a very vertical version of Gewürztraminer. Fermented and matured in large acacia wood barrels. No opulence, no residual sugar. The right bottle to bring Gewürztraminer back to where it has been missing for too long: to the center of the table.

Cecile 50 Souvignier Gris by Tenuta Ansitz-Dornach is an amber wine obtained from fermentation on the skins of the resistant pink grape variety Souvignier gris. Elegant and easily accessible. A macerate, but not too much.
