The grapes are then taken to the cellar, and after de-stemming the fermentation is started in large wooden barrels, only through the intervention of indigenous yeasts. Aging for one year in 50 or 70 hl oak barrels. It does not undergo clarification or filtration. Masterpiece.

Jurancon is a wine obtained from a blend of Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng and a small part of Courbu. The grapes, all indigenous to South-West France, come from 2 hectares of vineyards planted in the 1940s. Aging takes place in barrels where it remains in contact with the yeasts for a year. It then spends 6 months in steel tanks before being bottled. The nose expresses aromas of custard, aromatic herbs and citrus fruits that prepare a mouth with electrifying acidity.
