"Valentini's Trebbiano d'Abruzzo is a complex and opulent wine, which has become famous for its incredible longevity. It is produced with extreme care, starting with the rigorous selection of the grapes during the harvest. The grapes are then taken to the cellar, and after de-stemming the fermentation is started in large wooden barrels, only through the intervention of indigenous yeasts. Aging for one year in 50 or 70 hl oak barrels. It does not undergo clarification or filtration. Masterpiece.

Airene by Vinos Ambizè is a white wine made from the Airén grape. It comes from 40-year-old vines, guaranteeing its richness and complexity of flavor. Fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts and without temperature control. The contact with the skins lasts about four days. The wine ages in steel tanks for six months. Once bottled, the wine rests in the cellar for a month.

16 Anime by Vigne dei Boschi is a dry wine made with 100% Riesling. Grapes that come from the Vigna del Pozzo, a 1998 plant, in the high Apennine ridge at 400 meters above sea level, on soils rich in marl and limestone. Jurancon is a wine obtained from a blend of Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng and a small part of Courbu. The grapes, all indigenous to South-West France, come from 2 hectares of vineyards planted in the 1940s. Aging takes place in barrels where it remains in contact with the yeasts for a year. It then spends 6 months in steel tanks before being bottled. The nose expresses aromas of custard, aromatic herbs and citrus fruits that prepare a mouth with electrifying acidity.
