Sant'Ellero Bianco di La Ginestra is a fresh and bright wine, obtained mainly from 90% Trebbiano, which undergoes a short maceration period of one day, and a small part of Malvasia and other white grape varieties. It is refined in steel to preserve its purity and freshness. On the nose it opens with citrus notes and light floral hints, accompanied by a beautiful mineral vein. In the mouth it immediately presents itself with great freshness, resulting drinkable but also with character.
