Toco Poco by Nika Bakhia is an enveloping macerated white wine with good intensity. Fresh and gritty, it moves in the mouth revealing its warmer, denser and more intense side. Fruit, spices and depth in a single sip for a very persistent finish. Whole bunch maceration and spontaneous fermentation in kvevri. Aging in the same containers.

Iago Bitarishvili's Chardakhi Chinuri is a white wine made from an ancient Georgian grape variety called Chinuri. Fermented with natural yeasts in amphorae, macerated for 6 months on the skins and aged first in the same amphorae and then for 24 months in steel. It has a golden golden color. The nose releases hints of fresh fruit, dried fruit and sweet spices. In the mouth it is energetic, with a good acid texture, balanced and excellent persistence. An original wine, a must try.

Rkatsiteli Bakurtsike is a Georgian white wine produced with the grapes of the same name. The vinification takes place in the typical amphorae called "qvevri" with maceration on the skins for a month. Refinement takes place in the same amphorae. Golden amber color in the glass, it has a nose of wild honey, it is dry and unexpectedly full-bodied in the mouth, with notes of walnut and apricot.
