"Fenice" by Ca 'del Conte is a macerated white wine made from Chardonnay grapes. With a frank and iridescent profile, intense and full of character, it is striking for its slightly veiled golden color and smells of orange peels, ripe fruit and hints of oriental spices. . The sip is pulpy, generous and full of vitality and mineral texture.

Lo Amo Macerato by Tenuta Belvedere is a white wine macerated from Pinot Grigio grapes. The grapes come from vineyards grown organically which are found on clayey and calcareous soils. The harvest is done manually, and once the grapes arrive in the cellar, they are de-stemmed, pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts without temperature control with a 14-day maceration. Aged for 9 months in acacia tonneaux and then after bottling for 4 months in bottle.
