"Roditis" is a Greek white wine produced with the autochthonous Roditis grape, with a straw yellow color with golden nuances. On the nose the olfactory profile is reminiscent of ripe yellow pulp fruit, apricot and hazelnut. On the palate it is warm, with an almost oily texture, good freshness and minerality. Excellent when young but beautiful, aged a few years.s.

The Moschomavro di Ligas is a white wine obtained from the grapes of the same name. The grapes grow on vines all located in the valley of Mount Paiko, on soils characterized by limestone. Manual harvesting of the grapes and spontaneous vinification in steel tanks. Aging takes place in old oak barrels for 3-4 months.

Lamda di Ligas is a white wine macerated on the skins obtained from Assyrtiko grapes, a native Greek vine. The grapes grow on vines all located in the valley of Mount Paiko, on soils characterized by limestone. Manual harvesting of the grapes and spontaneous vinification in steel tanks, with maceration on the skins for 30 days. The refinement is very particular in fact, half of the wine is aged in used barriques from Selosse, Jason's master. Jason Ktiga's Lamda has an orange-yellow color due to maceration on the skins. The nose recognizes aromas of citrus, yellow pulp fruits and mineral notes. On the palate it is warm, enveloping, with a nice freshness and closes along with citrus flavors.

The nose is characterized by citrus aromas, fruits with yellow flesh and mineral notes. On the palate it is warm, enveloping, with a nice freshness and long finish with citrus flavors.
