Campo delle Oche by Fattoria San Lorenzo is a complex and mineral wine made from Verdicchio grapes. it is a deep straw yellow. Refine for 2 months in cement and 18 months in steel on the lees. An evolved and complex wine with notes of ripe fruit, chamomile, marzipan and mineral notes that border on hydrocarbon. Pierre Frick's Gewurztraminer is a white wine made from grapes of the same name. Refines for 7 months on the fine lees in oak barrels. Only one filtration is carried out before bottling, which takes place without clarification and with a minimal addition of sulphites. A wine that on the nose has intense fruity and floral notes typical of gewurztraminer with slightly spicy notes. On the palate it is soft, pleasant and fresh.
