Villa Job's "Guastafeste" is a wine macerated for 2 months on the skins in wooden barrels, made from Pinot Grigio grapes. Aging in mulberry barrels and one year in the bottle. The nose recognizes aromas of ripe yellow fruit, citrus notes, aromatic herbs and honey. The sip is medium-bodied, fresh, with good minerality and a light tannin.

The Jurançon Sec “Vitatge Vielh” from Clos Lapeyre is made from a blend of Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng, and Courbu grapes from old vines dating back to the 1940s. Aged for one year in barrels on the lees and six months in stainless steel. Aromas of custard, aromatic herbs, and citrus; the palate is taut and vibrant, with crisp acidity.

Rucantù by Tenuta Selvadolce is a wine in which pleasant Mediterranean sensations dominate; intense in the initial phase, it then reveals itself to be lively, dynamic and excellently drinkable. Alsace Bergweingarten is a white wine obtained from Sylvaner grapes from the Krottenfues-Rouffach vineyard located on marly-sandstone soil. Refines in oak barrels on the fine lees for six months. No clarification before bottling. Intense straw yellow color with intense and fine aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and white peach. In the mouth it is very mineral with subtle acidity and long persistence.
