The “Selva di Sotto” by La Staffa is a fine and harmonious white wine, with a strong and refined personality, the result of the vinification of a particularly suitable Verdicchio cru, planted in 1974, and of a chat between Riccardo Baldi and Carlo Pigini, already director and oenologist of the Colonnara winery in Cupramontana. A Verdicchio that was born inspired by ancient traditions, in which no sulfur dioxide is added during the production process and the must is left to cool with the ancient technique of decanting air. Vinification and aging take place in concrete tanks.

The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi "Origini" by Fattoria Nanni is a white wine of great expressiveness and typicality that refines exclusively in steel. The nose offers a fruity and floral bouquet, with accents of broom, citrus and bitter almond. When tasted it is supported by a good acid shoulder, with good body but flowing at the same time. Good length.

The Rincrocca” by La Staffa is obtained from the best Verdicchio grapes coming from the Castellaretta district vineyard which was planted in 1972. The grapes are meticulously harvested by hand and after destemming and careful pressing the grapes are fermented spontaneously in tanks of concrete. After racking, it ages for eight months in the same containers. “Rincrocca” is a structured but flowing, elegant, fresh wine with a long, slightly savory finish.
