Manual harvest, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. Aging for 14-16 months in stainless steel tanks with its own fine lees. Rich, fresh and savory wine, given by the windy hilly micro-climate and the harvesting of the bunches when fully ripe.

These, once transported to the cellar and pressed, give rise to the must which is fermented in steel tanks. Aging on its own fine lees for about 6 months follows. A wine that gives aromas of white flowers, citrus, peach. Vegetable scents in the mouth.
