The Catarratto di Barraco is a wine with great gustatory intensity which ages in steel for about 8 months. Delicate aromas of sweet spiciness, yellow fruit, citrus fruits, smoky notes and very elegant sulfurs on the nose. In the mouth it is enveloping, fresh and long lasting.

Sketta by Cantina Marilina is a white wine obtained from grapes of Grecanico in purity with the ancestral method. The name means, in Sicilian dialect, young lady, single, today better known as single. The grapes come from vineyards located on the white calcareous soils of the Val di Noto, which give the wines beautiful structures and allow for longer refinements. Spontaneous vinification in concrete tanks and aging for 6 months in the same tanks and then in the bottle for 3 months.
